Oh my. My eyes filled with tears as I read your post. What an exciting time for you and, oh my, your precious baby could soon be in your arms.
I am thrilled for both of you and will pray for you during the next five weeks.
As I’m typing this I’m reminded that, Lauren, I don’t even know that I’ve ever spoken to you. We’ve shared emails but haven’t ever gone beyond that communication.
But I was your husband’s friend many years ago as we spent junior high as buds and then endured Mr. Schneider’s physical science class together. My memories with Mark remind me of what a special guy he is… My time spent through email/facebook with you, Lauren, have shown me what a unique and awesome woman you are.
My heart just glows with excitement for both of you and I am confident of what wonderful parents you will both be to this sweet little girl that the Lord is giving you this Christmas season.

Precious Lauren (and Mark – I just don’t know you well enough to call you “Precious”!) ~

I’m simply speechless at this story and the obvious movement of God in it all. Certainly sounds like He’s about to give you the desires of your heart by giving you the child for whom you’ve prayed for so long. But you know – even is something should happen that would make these plans go in another direction, the testimony of faith and faithfulness already demonstrated is priceless. It has been my high honor to pray with you both through this journey, and my heart is full to overflowing right now as I take you all before The Father who does all things well. I’ll especially be praying on Monday – what an amazing time that’s gonna be for you! Know that we think of ya’ll so often, and smile all over ourselves every time we do!

Mark, you have just hit a nail on the head – look at this:
My son, preserve (safeguard/defend) sound judgment and discernment, do not let them out of your sight; they will be life for you, an ornament (enhancement/decoration)to grace your neck. Then you will go on your way in safety, and your foot will not stumble; when you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet. Prov 3:21-26.

Hi! Thanks for your comment and for your suggestion. I’d say for now we are past any medical treatments. If the Lord decides I should get pregnant, I believe He will take care of everything, endometriosis and all! I appreciate you for commenting though. If you’ll pray for us, we’d really appreciate it!

Dear Lauren:

Have you considered seeing a specialist for the treatment of endometriosis? I found your blog very moving and perhaps you are beyond seeking treatment but there are really great specialists that can treat the endo and give families a better chance of conceiving.
I hope that you will check out the website and see if it is a good fit for you.

That is very exciting! It sounds like God has given you such a wonderful peace about what will happen in your future. Isn’t that just what he wants from us..to have faith and believe that it will be alright and we just need to give it all over to him. Matthew 6:25-34 is a wonderful reminder of this!
